In brief,



you will be responsible for the following accounting responsibilities for our India trading business:

Prepare the monthly results for SSEA team for consolidated financial statements

Review of business activities, calculation, set up and posting of accounting journals in accordance with journal policy and support for management accounting in the same.

Prepare and review of Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations.

Prepare financial reports, variance analysis and other general accounting duties as required.

Prepare financial statement as per Indian accounting standards and ensure timely completion of Statutory audit without adverse remarks.

Ensuring compliance with internal controls, procedures and policy with India Taxation i.e. TDS, GST, etc.

Keeping track of the transactions and monitoring accounts to ensure that ageing is up to date.

Analyzing vendor aging reports to pay all invoices in a timely manner and works to build sustainable processes between Accounts Payable, the supplier and internal customers.

CA with 3-5 years or relevant degrees in Accounting or Finance with 6-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing or import trading business

fluent in English

Ability to effectively lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects, while operating in a fast-paced, complex global organization with shifting schedules and priorities

Solid working experience and knowledge of SAP, BI tools, Blackline and office software (Excel).

Exposure to Statutory audit, compliance, GST/TDS & taxation rules
