Senior Software Engineer (Grade 150) – Orchestrated Analytics

The Orchestrated Analytics team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Grade 150) to design, build, deploy, and support next-generation Agentic AI solutions that power intelligent analytics, automation, and decision-support capabilities for our healthcare and life sciences customers.

This is an individual contributor role focused on the end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI agents, agent orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native services. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Python development , AI/LLM application engineering , and AWS cloud technologies , with a passion for building reliable, high-performing solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Agentic AI Frameworks (Must have: Data base: Snowflake (Mandatory) or PostgreSQL & Good to have : MongoDB / Neo4j

Basic Cloud experience: AWS (Bedrock, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch)

Docker / Kubernetes

Large Language Models (AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Llama)

FastAPI / Flask / REST APIs

Vector Databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)

Design, develop, deploy, and support scalable Agentic AI applications and intelligent workflow orchestration solutions.

Build robust backend services, APIs, and reusable frameworks using Python and modern software engineering practices.

Develop and integrate AI agents leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent orchestration frameworks, and external tools/services.

Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS with a focus on scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence.

Ensure software engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, secure coding,



and Agile development methodologies.

Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and cloud cost efficiency.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, data engineers, and platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Participate in Agile planning, estimation, sprint execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Total experience of 7 to 10 years in software engineering.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python application development.
- Experience building, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade applications in AWS cloud environments.
- Experience developing AI/ML-powered applications, Generative AI solutions, or Agentic AI workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM platforms.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, DynamoDB, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design principles, and distributed systems.
- Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines,



and cloud-native development practices.
- Experience implementing automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and enterprise knowledge retrieval systems.

Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.

Experience developing MCP-compliant tools, extensions, and agent integrations.

Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as LangSmith, LangFuse, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Prometheus.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK).

Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools.

Experience with MLOps and model lifecycle management.

Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure costs and operational efficiency.

Experience implementing secure AI solutions and AI governance controls.

Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences domains.
