About the role

We are hiring an Onboarding Manager for HR Outsourcing (HRO) services in Bengaluru to run the end-to-end onboarding of client employees into HR systems. You will work with internal teams and clients to plan and deliver onboarding, keep documentation compliant, and make sure every new employee has a smooth start. Your work lays the foundation for long-term client satisfaction and employee engagement. This role is for an experienced HR services leader with 9 to 12 years of experience , including time in an onboarding or implementation lead or manager role, who has led a team of 35 or more . It is a night shift role, with a salary of up to ₹17 LPA .

Key responsibilities

Onboarding delivery

- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding of new employees, including compliance procedures

- Work with internal teams to understand client requirements and tailor onboarding solutions

- Facilitate the onboarding of client employees into HR systems

- Make sure policies, benefits packages and other key information reach client employees on time

Process coordination

- Build detailed onboarding project plans and deliver key milestones on schedule

- Act as the link between clients and internal teams, resolving issues before they grow

Compliance and documentation

- Make sure all documents are collected, verified and processed in line with regulatory and legal standards

- Keep accurate onboarding records for audits

Performance monitoring

- Track onboarding timelines, client satisfaction scores and employee engagement levels





- Give leadership regular updates and insights on onboarding performance

Continuous improvement

- Find gaps in the onboarding process and put in place fixes that raise efficiency and client satisfaction

- Stay current on industry trends and HRO best practices

Required qualifications and experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

- 10 or more years of experience in HRO, HR services or related industries (the role is advertised for 9 to 12 years)

- At least 5 years in an onboarding or implementation lead or manager role

- Experience managing a team of 35 or more

- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday or BambooHR

- Advanced Excel skills

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Robust client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight deadlines

- Willing to work the night shift
