Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.- Work on ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management.- Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.- Build and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and approvals.- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.- Work on ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Configuration Management.- Develop and maintain custom applications using the ServiceNow platform.- Troubleshoot technical issues, debug scripts, and improve platform performance.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards,



and deployment processes.Mandatory Technical Skills :- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.- ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident, Problem, Change, Request.- JavaScript, Glide APIs, GlideRecord, GlideAjax.- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.- UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs.- Service Catalog and Flow Designer.- REST API and SOAP integrations.- ServiceNow CMDB and workflow automation.- Update Sets and application deployment.Positive to Have :- ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification.- Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.- Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder.- Knowledge of Agile methodology and ITIL processes.- Experience working with enterprise or banking clients.
