Software Engineering
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with extensive experience in cloud-native microservices and modern frontend architectures to help build high-performance, AI-enabled Outbound Contact Center channels. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale systems using API-first design principles, AI SDLC practices, and distributed system patterns. You will work within an autonomous team covering end-to-end delivery—from architectural design to containerized deployment and production troubleshooting.
Architecture & Solutions Engineering

Management & Admin Interfaces: Develop configuration and administration management interfaces built on Node.js.
Frontend Engineering: Build responsive, high-performance web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript alongside React or Angular frameworks.
Backend Systems: Technical Leadership & Quality Focus

Domain SME: Serve as a domain Subject Matter Expert (SME), drive key architecture decisions, and perform rigorous code reviews across Agile/Scrum teams.
Quality & Performance: Enforce high quality standards through static analysis, load & performance profiling, and system tuning.
AI Integration: Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Codex, Cursor, Claude) and prompt engineering to optimize workflows across assessment,



planning, code generation, testing, and deployment.
Operations & Observability

DevOps & Delivery: Operate within a self-sufficient team handling containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm (Argo CD experience is a plus).
Debug complex production issues, conduct root-cause analysis (RCA), and maintain operational reliability using Grafana, Prometheus, and telemetry tools.
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.C.A. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
Total Experience: 12+ years of overall experience architecting, designing, developing, deploying, and troubleshooting cloud API-based microservices (Cloud Native & Hybrid) and frontends.
Backend Expertise: 10+ years of core backend engineering experience.
Full-Stack Expertise: 5+ years of full-stack web application development experience.
AI SDLC Practices: 1+ years utilizing AI Agents & Skills for planning, code generation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Backend: Solid proficiency in Go, Java, or Node.js.
Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, and SDKs.
Databases & Streaming: Kafka, Redis, MariaDB / MySQL.
Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Azure or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous delivery patterns (Argo CD preferred).

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Advance Degree preferred in Computer Science or Related Field
