Job Description: Optometrist – At-Home Eye Care | Eyesphere Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Home Eye Examinations: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity, refraction and basic ocular health screening at patients' homes.

1. Clinical Screening: Identify potential eye conditions and refer patients to ophthalmologists for further evaluation whenever required.
2. Patient Counselling: Educate patients on eye health, eyewear, preventive care and recommended treatment pathways.
3. Surgical Care Coordination: Support LASIK and cataract care pathways through pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups.
4. Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate digital patient records, examination findings and prescriptions.
5. Patient Experience: Ensure professional,



punctual and patient-centric delivery of home eye care services.
6. Operational Coordination: Coordinate daily home visits, appointments and follow-ups with the Eyesphere operations team.
7. Clinical Compliance: Follow established clinical protocols, equipment safety standards and ethical practices.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Diploma in Optometry.
Solid skills in refraction and comprehensive eye examinations.
Good communication and patient counselling skills.
Comfortable with home visits across Noida.
Ability to use standard optometric equipment and digital patient records.
Prior clinical or home-care experience preferred.
