Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.- Build and integrate AI-powered features into existing enterprise applications.- Develop REST APIs and microservices for AI-driven applications.- Work with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI-based solutions.- Integrate LLM APIs and AI services into Java-based applications.- Explore and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.- Develop intelligent automation and decision-making capabilities.- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions.- Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.Core Requirements : 1. Core Java and Backend Development : - Solid proficiency in Core Java.- Spring Boot, Spring Framework,



and Hibernate.- Microservices architecture.- RESTful APIs and backend system design.- Multithreading, concurrency, and OOP concepts.- SQL/NoSQL databases.2. AI / Generative AI : - Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLMs.- Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM APIs.- Knowledge of RAG architecture and implementation.- Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.- Prompt engineering and AI application development.- Familiarity with AI agents and agentic workflows is an advantage.3.
