~ Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (Work from Office)

Role Overview: We are looking for candidates to provide voice-based technical support for HP India customers, assisting with troubleshooting queries related to personal systems and printers.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls for HP personal systems and printers.
Diagnose and provide efficient technical troubleshooting solutions.
Guide customers through step-by-step resolution processes.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.




Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

Compensation & Perks:
Monthly In-hand: 21,000
Performance Bonus: Up to 18,000

Work Schedule:
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
Shift Timing: Day shift (Any 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
