We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Corporate Communications Executive to manage internal and external communication initiatives, employee engagement activities, PR coordination and social media presence.
The candidate will work closely with the leadership, HR and Sales teams to strengthen TalentRabbit's corporate brand, improve employee engagement and support business communication requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, event planning, content creation, coordination and working in a fast-paced technology business environment.

Corporate Communications
Draft and manage internal company announcements, leadership communications and corporate updates.
Prepare newsletters, employee updates,



official communications and company-wide announcements.
Ensure consistency in the company's communication tone, messaging and brand identity.
Coordinate communication between leadership, HR, Sales and other departments.
PR & Media Coordination
Coordinate with PR agencies, media partners and external communication teams.
Assist in preparing press releases, leadership announcements, company updates and media content.
Support media coverage, corporate announcements and brand visibility initiatives.
Track PR activities and maintain a record of media coverage.
Manage TalentRabbit's LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Work with design teams to create engaging creatives, banners, infographics and corporate posts.
Monitor engagement, track performance and prepare social media reports.
Organise town halls, leadership interactions, employee recognition programmes and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with HR and internal teams to improve employee participation and workplace culture.
Manage event planning, logistics, communication and execution.
Create and maintain sales dashboards, business reports and management presentations.




Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect business information, data and updates for presentations and reports.
Employer Branding
Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other communication channels.
Highlight company culture, employee stories, achievements and workplace initiatives.
Coordinate recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding activities.
Help position TalentRabbit as an attractive destination for technology and engineering professionals.

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.

- 0–3 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, PR, social media or employee engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English and professional business writing.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media management.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative design tools.
- Creative thinker with robust communication skills.

Interested in corporate branding, technology, media and communications.
Willing to work from the Bangalore office (onsite).

Exposure to corporate branding, PR, business development and employer branding.
