The Impact of a Lead Software Engineer at Coupa:

As an Engineering Manager for the Coupa Risk team, you will lead a development team responsible for our Coupa Risk application. You will play a crucial role in evolving our risk-scoring capabilities, helping your team build performant, scalable software that empowers customers to make confident compliance and risk decisions. You will balance technical leadership with team development, collaborating across product and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven risk insights and drive continuous improvement within the Coupa engineering community.

Act as a servant leader, ensuring the team understands the business context behind our risk-domain due diligence initiatives.

Drive the development of 'Coupa Risk' and lead the evolution of our risk-scoring capabilities to deliver more exact, actionable insights for our customers.

- An interest in risk-based software solutions. You are excited by the challenge of handling complex data, regulatory compliance (e.g., DORA, GDPR), and improving customer confidence through data integrity.
