Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Analyst based in India. The Senior Product Analyst will play a central role in translating product strategy and business needs into clear, actionable development priorities. You will own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories, defects, and technical improvements are prioritized according to business value. Working closely with Developers, QA Analysts, UX Designers, and Architects, you will support the delivery of product features throughout the software development lifecycle. You will define requirements, clarify workflows, and establish measurable acceptance criteria to help teams build the right solutions. The role also involves validating completed functionality, supporting release readiness, and helping drive successful product adoption. This is an chance to combine analytical thinking, product knowledge, and Agile collaboration in a fully remote technology environment. Accountabilities: - Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that priorities remain aligned with business objectives and product strategy. - Prioritize user stories, defects, and technical debt based on business value, customer needs, stakeholder input, and development capacity. - Continuously refine and groom backlog items to ensure they are clear, actionable, and ready for development. - Maintain backlog visibility and alignment across relevant teams and stakeholders. - Break down epics and larger initiatives into appropriately sized development stories. - Define feature functionality, workflows,



business rules, and edge cases to support accurate estimation, development, and testing. - Collaborate with Developers, QA Analysts, UX Designers, and Architects throughout the software development lifecycle. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Provide timely clarification and decision-making support during development, resolving ambiguity and helping delivery teams move forward. - Identify dependencies, potential risks, and implementation considerations, escalating issues when appropriate. - Support QA activities by validating business scenarios, expected outcomes, and feature behavior. - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and approve completed stories and features before release. - Support release planning and feature readiness activities. - Contribute to product documentation, release notes, training materials, and internal communications. - Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline. - At least 3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar data-driven role, preferably within a software or technology organization. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. - Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies. -
