The Senior Manager – MEP Design will oversee mechanic and electrical design for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and authority requirements. The role includes reviewing consultant deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting procurement and commercial functions, and ensuring timely design approvals and execution support.
Valuable understanding of local and international design standards, code & local authority requirements.
Sound knowledge on Design calculations such as Electrical Load estimation, short circuit, Voltage Drop, equipment selection etc.
Should be experienced in review of design documents from Service consultant.
MEP Infra design capabilities.
Experience in Space planning and schematic design of system
Experience and knowledge in LIFTS traffic analysis.
Experience in working with Etap, Dilux software
Coordination level understanding of other services such as HVAC, PLUMBING, FIRE FIGHTING ETC.
Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings and design intent.




Coordination level understanding of other services such as HVAC, Electrical, PA SYSTEM, CCTV SYSTEM, BMS SYSTEM, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, ETC.
Good in Review and approval of consultant / contractors shop drawings and material submittals.
Coordination with Commercial and procurement team for cost inputs and tender technical discussions.
Technical review of products for rate contract.
Preparation & updating of tracker, design compliance reports etc.
Monitor and control the project deliverables from consultants and contractors.
Review consultant invoice and variation claim by consultants.
Motivate the team to complete the projects in an effective and timely manner.
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E (Electrical/Mechanical)
Experience
~ Experience in MEP design experience in electrical and ELV services within the real estate industry, preferably with Grade A developers handling residential and commercial projects.

Auto CAD Knowledge for review of drawings with basic drafting skill.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Good People / stakeholder management skill.
Experience and knowledge in PHE, FF & HVAC system.
