Ingeniator Software Solutions is hiring an HR Recruiter for its Gachibowli office. This role combines domestic IT recruitment with general HR work. You will manage open IT positions from sourcing to joining and support day-to-day HR activities.

Experience: 1-2 years in domestic IT recruitment

- Monday to Friday
- Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
- Gachibowli, Hyderabad (work from office)
- Salary: Rs. 3.0-4.5 LPA, based on experience
- Recruitment responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other job portals
- Screen profiles and conduct first-round calls
- General HR responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and attendance or leave data
- Coordinate PF, ESI and payroll inputs with the responsible team or vendor




- 1-2 years of hands-on domestic IT recruitment experience, in-house or at a staffing firm
- Working understanding of common IT roles and skills, such as Java, Python, .NET, React, QA and DevOps
- Practical use of Naukri or LinkedIn, including search filters and Boolean search
- Basic knowledge of general HR activities such as onboarding, PF/ESI and attendance
- Explicit spoken and written English, and comfort with a high volume of calls
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- MBA in HR
