Role Description The Admissions Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pollachi, responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end admissions process.



The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students and clear communication of school policies and programs.

Customer Service skills to provide professional, empathetic support and handle inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups.
Relevant experience in admissions, counselling, administration, or a similar student-facing role in an educational institution is appreciated
Proficiency in basic office software and data entry, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and work collaboratively in a school workplace.
