Kinaxis Solution Architect – Job Description

The Kinaxis Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Maestro (formerly Rapid Response). The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and enterprise architects to translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions.
Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for Kinaxis Maestro implementations and transformation programs.
Architect solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP;/IBP, Inventory Planning, and related supply chain processes.
Define Kinaxis configuration, data models, workbooks, worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and planning logic.
Provide technical and functional leadership for Kinaxis Maestro Authoring and configuration.
Design integration architecture between Kinaxis and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, and other ERP/data platforms.
Define data flows, integration requirements, interfaces, and data transformation strategies.




Review configurations and solution designs developed by implementation teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Support testing, defect resolution, performance optimization, deployment, and go-live activities.
Work with business and IT leadership to resolve complex supply chain and solution design challenges.
Develop and maintain architecture documents, solution designs, integration specifications, and implementation best practices.
Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall experience in Supply Chain Planning, IT solutions, or enterprise applications.
- Minimum 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse , preferably including Maestro Authoring.
- Proven experience as a Kinaxis Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Consultant, or equivalent .
- Solid experience in Kinaxis configuration, solution design, and implementation.
- Strong functional understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP;/IBP, and Inventory Planning .
- Experience designing end-to-end Kinaxis solutions for complex enterprise supply chain environments.
- Strong understanding of data models and integration between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle .
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Kinaxis Maestro certification is required/preferred , ideally Solution Consultant Level 2 or a relevant advanced Kinaxis certification.
