Job Description :To be a successful Customer Journey - Software Engineer - AVP, you should have experience with:- Ability to design, build, test, and operate production services using technologies such as REACT, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.- Design web solution catering accessibility and responsive requirement.- Component development using Node-based build tooling.- Supporting end-to-end testing.- Ability to use AI engineering tools to accelerate research, code understanding, prototyping, implementation, and documentation.- Experience building production services, distributed systems, or shared platform capabilities.- Experience working with APIs, RESTful services, integration contracts, and data or domain models.- Experience with authentication, authorization, and identity management.- DevOps Skillsets: Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible, Datadog, and Helm.Highly Valued Skills :- Lead the design, development and support of secure,



scalable and high-performing applications.- Define and implement engineering standards, patterns and development best practices.- Drive adoption of contemporary CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security controls and release automation.- Guide architectural discussions and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned to engineering standards.- Provide technical leadership across various technologies like PING ID, Java, JavaScript, API, Docker, Google Cloud and secure code engineering.- Mentor and coach team on career development.- Champion DevSecOps practices, observability, reliability engineering and operational excellence.- Promote knowledge sharing through code reviews, technical discussions, pairing sessions, and documentation.
