Key Responsibilities :- Lead the technical delivery of complex OutSystems projects independently across O11 and/or ODC.- Define application architecture, technical standards, design patterns, development guidelines, and integration strategies.- Prepare Technical Design Specifications (TDS) and maintain architecture quality throughout the development lifecycle.- Review business and functional requirements, assess technical feasibility, and identify gaps, risks, and implementation challenges.- Guide developers in building scalable, secure, high-performing OutSystems applications.- Ensure the use of best practices, reusable components, OutSystems Forge components, and custom accelerators.- Troubleshoot technical issues related to performance, integrations, and platform capabilities.- Work with clients and stakeholders to explain architecture decisions and technical solutions.- Mentor and train developers and associate architects; share knowledge and contribute to technical learning initiatives.- Support pre-sales activities, solution reviews, effort estimation, client presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.Required Skills & Experience :- 8+ years of experience in technical roles, with strong knowledge of software architecture and design principles.- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems (O11 and/or ODC).- Experience designing, developing, and deploying large-scale production applications using OutSystems.- Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture patterns, platform capabilities, and development best practices.- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,



and Reactive Web development.- Experience with OutSystems mobile application development.- Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, API design, and integration patterns.- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL and relational data modelling.- Understanding of application security, data privacy, and secure development practices.- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.- Working knowledge of DevOps, OutSystems LifeTime, deployment management, and CI/CD pipelines.- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Mandatory Certification :Candidates must hold at least ONE of the following OutSystems certifications:- OutSystems Architecture Specialist (O11)- OutSystems Architecture Specialist (ODC)- OutSystems Tech Lead (O11)Preferred Skills :- Additional OutSystems certifications such as Qualified Developer or Associate Reactive Developer.- Experience with enterprise integrations and complex solution design.- Experience mentoring teams, conducting technical training, or contributing to technical communities.- Experience in client-facing technical consulting or pre-sales activities.Professional Competencies :- Solid leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.- Clear communication and presentation skills, with good spoken and written English.- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and team members.- Customer-focused approach, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.- Willingness to travel as required.
