About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Tally accounting, client data collection.
2. Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax filings in compliance with statutory requirements
3. Manage invoices, expense reports, vendor payments, and client billing
4. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely reconciliations
5. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting
6. Work with external auditors and ensure compliance with all financial regulations
7. Generate reports for management review and support budgeting/forecasting activities
8. Maintain organized records for payroll processing, PF, and ESIC (as applicable)

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA Inter is a plus)
3. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
4. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance
5. Good understanding of MS Excel and financial reporting
6. Attention to detail, robust analytical and organizational skills
7. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Skill(s) required
