This position will be part of the Master Data Maintenance Team under the Global Sales Enablement team supporting Pepsio Beverages North America business team.
The Volume Reporting (VR) Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of distributor-reported volume data across PepsiCo systems. This role acts as a critical control point between distributors, internal systems (SIPS, PCC), and reporting tools, enabling reliable data across the PepsiCo organization.
The VR Analyst plays a key role in data validation, issue resolution, system setup, and compliance with SOX controls , while partnering cross-functionally with distributors, Sales, DMO, and Analytics teams.

Identify and resolve data issues including:
Data-related discrepancies




Coordinate with distributors to correct missing or incorrect data.
4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field or equivalent work experience.

- 3-5 years of experience in Data Operations Finance/Sales.
- Positive data skills and ability work through large data sets.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel.
- Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.
- Good time management skills.
- Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
- 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency
- Desired experience with SAP & SIPS
