About Not Vanilla We're a Hyderabad-based design and marketing firm working across Branding, AI film, brand films, social media, UI/UX and business consulting. We work with brands that would rather be noticed than be safe.

We're hiring a Brand Manager to own our clients' brands: understand their business, brief our creative teams, keep the work on strategy, and make sure everything we ship builds the brand.

Own a portfolio of client brands: strategy, positioning, tone of voice and how it shows up across channels

Plan brand calendars and campaigns across social, film, digital and offline

Track performance and turn the numbers into recommendations

Manage timelines, budgets and vendors so work ships on time and on brand

Spot opportunities to grow accounts into new verticals and campaigns

2 years in brand management, brand strategy or account management, ideally at an agency or fast-moving consumer brand

- Multi-channel brand experience, with work you can show and results you can talk about
- Confident client management: presenting,



handling feedback, building trust
- Comfort with campaign planning, content calendars and basic performance marketing, including reading Meta, Google and Instagram insights
- Organisation across multiple accounts, timelines and budgets
- Clear writing and confident speaking in English (Telugu or Hindi is a plus)
- Working familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Meta Business Suite, Canva or Figma, and AI tools
- Valuable to have: exposure to film production, UI/UX or product launches, and a sharp sense of what's working on social right now

You have strong opinions about brands and can back them with reasoning, not just taste

You're as comfortable in a client boardroom as in a creative review

You're curious about AI, film, product and consulting, even if you're not an expert yet
