We are looking for energetic and customer-focused International Customer Support Executives with excellent English communication skills and experience handling international voice processes. The candidate will interact with global customers, resolve product and service-related queries, provide technical assistance, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Handle inbound international customer calls and provide effective resolutions.

Ensure maximum First Call Resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction.

Assist customers with subscription management, billing, refunds, cancellations, and account-related queries.

Provide basic troubleshooting support for software installation, activation, login,



and device compatibility.

Achieve cross-selling, upselling, quality, and productivity targets.

Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.

Mandatory international voice process experience.

Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 CEFR; Experience in cross-selling and upselling.

Immediate joiners only.

Experience supporting SaaS or software products.

Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

Experience with subscription-based products and CRM tools.

Must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts.
