Designed as a pause within the city, Raaha integrates evidence-informed practices, restorative experiences, and meaningful human connection to support clarity, resilience, emotional wellbeing, and long-term performance. The space offers experiences rooted in breathwork, movement, stillness, sensory recovery, and community to help individuals build healthier relationships with stress, energy, and everyday living. We're looking for a Front Desk Manager to help make every guest's visit feel calm, thoughtful and seamless.

You'll welcome guests, manage bookings and therapist schedules, handle enquiries and billing, and coordinate across our wellness and café teams.

3–5 years of experience in hospitality, front-office operations or guest relations.

- Familiarity with booking systems, billing software and POS tools.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience in a boutique hotel, resort, retreat or wellness setting is a plus.
