Job Description :Greetings from QuEST Global !!We are looking for experienced leaders for a Program Lead / ODC Manager role to drive strategic customer engagements and engineering delivery.Total Experience : 20 - 28 years- Proven experience in setting up and scaling Offshore Development Canters (ODCs).- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment software, factory automation, and manufacturing workflows.- Experience managing multiple projects and geographically distributed teams.- Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and program governance.- Strong leadership with the ability to mentor and grow engineering teams.Preferred Technical Skills :- Java, C#, C++, Python,
