Amgen seeks a Senior Associate Planner to manage execution of external supply plans within the global supply chain network. The role involves system transactions, inventory monitoring, data integrity, and coordination across manufacturing partners in a GMP-regulated setting at the Hyderabad site.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain data integrity across SAP and RapidResponse systems; identify and resolve discrepancies

Execute purchase order, shipment, and disposition transactions; ensure GMP/GDP compliance

Reconcile inventory across CMO reports and systems; proactively manage aging and expiry risks

Track planning system alerts and operational milestones; escalate delays and compliance risks

Support monthly planning cycle with demand, forecast, and supply performance analysis

Requirements





Master's degree with 1–3 years supply chain/operations experience in regulated industry; or Bachelor's with 3–5 years; or Associate's with 7–9 years

Minimum 2 years' experience working in teams, projects, and programs

Strong SAP transactional expertise and familiarity with Kinaxis RapidResponse

Knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements in pharmaceutical or biotech supply chain

Data analysis, organizational, and presentation skills with attention to detail

Understanding of supply chain flows, manufacturing processes, and quality systems
