M365 + Mural Support Engineer
Provide support for Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online) and Mural collaboration platform.
Troubleshoot user access, authentication, collaboration, sharing, sync, and application-related issues.
Monitor incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
Coordinate with L3 teams, Microsoft, and Mural support for complex issues and escalations.
Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
