Role Description The Freelance Marketing Consultant will part time (fractional) on-site in Mumbai, collaborating with promoters to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling the agency , conducting market and competitor analysis, designing marketing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives with targeted messaging and materials. The consultant will help optimize customer journeys, contribute to customer service improvement plans, and track campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools. The role also involves managing marketing projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines and deliverables,



and presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as lead nurturing, basic pipeline understanding, and alignment of marketing efforts with sales goals.

Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including strategy development, campaign planning, market analysis, and familiarity with digital and traditional channels.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, coordinating resources, and reporting on project progress.

Relevant experience as a marketing consultant, growth advisor, or similar role, ideally working with multiple clients or sectors.

Ability to interpret data and metrics to refine strategies; proficiency with common marketing and productivity tools is beneficial.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent qualified experience.
