8-12+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, operational excellence or business change roles

- Proven track record of operating model process redesign, business case ownership,



and executive stakeholder management
- Experience delivering measurable value (financial and customer outcomes) through change initiatives

Target operating model design and operating governance (controls, decision rights, performance)

Transformation and change leadership (impact, adoption, communications)

Advanced process optimisation and standardisation (Lean, quality management)

Business case ownership and investment trade-off analysis

Data led insight generation (KPIs, dashboards, decision support)

Automation and digital opportunity assessment (process mining insights, workflow RPA)

Risk management and governance insights for executives

Service performance measures and operational readiness discipline

Executive level communication and storytelling

Coaching mindset and capability building

Lean Agile ways of working in transformation delivery

Functional GenAI awareness applied to analysis and solution shaping
