Preferred Education, Skills and Experience

Education Level:

- B.E. (Electronics & Communication or IT) / Diploma Electronics & Communication / BCA with 1–5 years of experience in Networking or Telecom.

Certification:

- Preferred to be CCNA certified / CCNA Trained.

Experience:

- Networking knowledge / Telecom knowledge is preferred.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Exposure to working on provisioning configuration of Telecom services.

- Readiness to work in shifts (mostly for night shift).

- Ready to work from Gandhinagar location (Gujarat).

- Experience in last-mile access network and network elements routers.

- Positive understanding of telecom processes.

- Basic understanding of telecom technologies such as FTTB, FTTN, VDSL, Copper, GPON, etc.





- Experience in the design, configuration and telecom systems, hardware and software applications.

- Understanding of switching systems, cabling and fiber optics.

- Knowledge of network topology.

- Nokia/Juniper/Cisco Platforms 78xx, 65xx, firewalls, routers, switches would be an added advantage.

- LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructures.

- Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, NTP, SNMP, VoIP.

- ATM, MPLS, Frame Relay, and Metro Ethernet.

Additional Requirements

- Ex-TCS employees can't apply.

- PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
