We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our SDK and developer-platform team. You will manage and grow a team of engineers while providing technical leadership across SDK architecture, API integration, developer experience, release management, quality, and reliability. You will work closely with Product, API Platform, Developer Relations, Documentation, Support, Security, and Support Engineering teams to deliver a consistent and intuitive developer experience.

Own the architecture, roadmap, and delivery of the iOS,



Android and web SDKs, covering data collection, push, in-app messaging, and personalization.
API design, backward compatibility, binary size, battery and network efficiency, and low startup impact.
Partner with Product, Backend, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to prioritize and deliver features.
Set clear goals, give regular feedback, and run performance reviews and career planning.
9-13 years of software engineering experience, including 1+ years managing engineering teams (Senior EM: experience leading multiple teams or managers).
~ Robust experience in mobile SDK or platform development for iOS, Android, or both.

Experience building SDKs for customer engagement, analytics, marketing automation, push notifications, messaging, or personalization platforms.
Experience working with cross-platform technologies such as React Native, Flutter, or Unity.
