Role Description: The Recruiter is responsible to ensure there is a sufficient reservoir of talent possessing the requisite skills, knowledge and understanding to fulfil the business's requirements.

Manage and process all hiring documentation for new employees, while also providing support during the orientation process
Conduct thorough industry research to acquire in-depth knowledge and proactively identify innovative sourcing strategies for talent acquisition





Execution of ideas generated as measured through number of transformational / process improvement projects
Impact assessment of transformational / process improvement projects on business metrics
Implementation of Project Evolve in own span and its impact
Bachelors or MBA from a reputed college or university

Preferred Work Experience
~1+ years of experience in BPO volume hiring

Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
Knowledge of different recruitment methods, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
Developing recruitment strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals and objectives
Proficiency in using various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and skilled networks
Ability to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
Analytical skills to track and report on recruitment metrics
Understanding and appreciating diversity and inclusion and promoting these values in the recruitment process
