Mandate * Practical experience in Tax Audit and Statutory Audit assignments * Knowledge of provisions under the Income Tax Act relevant to Tax Audit
- Understanding of Companies Act provisions related to Statutory Audit
- Ability to prepare: * Tax Audit Reports * Audit working papers * Financial statements * Schedules and reconciliations
- Experience in vouching, verification and ledger scrutiny * Knowledge of accounting standards and basic auditing standards
Preferred
- Exposure to audits of companies, LLPs, trusts and partnership firms
- Experience in handling scrutiny assessments and departmental notices
- Familiarity with CARO reporting and Companies Act disclosures
- Knowledge of GST reconciliation during audits
- Ability to independently handle small and medium-sized audit assignments
- Semi-qualified CA / CA Inter candidates preferred
