About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Connect with prospective students through calls and enquiries.
2. Student Counselling: Understand students' educational backgrounds and career goals.
3. Course Promotion: Explain Zell's qualified courses, such as ACCA, CFA, CPA and CMA.
4. Sales Conversion: Convince interested students to enrol in suitable courses.
5. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested students and parents.
6. Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
7. Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
8. CRM Management: Update student details, call records, follow-ups and admission status.
9. Fee Collection: Coordinate with students regarding course fees and payments.
10. Team Coordination: Work with faculty, marketing and admission teams. Skill(s) required
