● Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt.; We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead the company's financial operations, reporting, compliance, and controls. This role will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, strengthening internal controls, and partnering with business teams to drive profitability and efficiency.

Own the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage the general ledger,



accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
Ensure accurate project level P&L; tracking across all active construction projects
Manage milestone based billing and escrow linked payment reconciliation in coordination with the operations team
Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS and other statutory obligations
Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits
Manage vendor contracts from a financial compliance standpoint
Develop, implement, and monitor internal financial controls and standard operating procedures
Identify process gaps and drive automation/digitization of finance workflows
Support ERP implementation and optimization (Zoho Books)
Assist in fundraising activities including financial due diligence

Education: CA (Chartered Accountant)
Experience: 4 years of post qualification experience in a finance/accounting role, preferably in a Series B+ startup.

Robust working knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS, and corporate taxation
Proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Google Sheets and financial dashboards
Exposure to ERP systems is a plus
