We support customers in technical and industrial markets through application-focused solutions and close collaboration between our sales and technical teams.

We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to develop and grow our customer base in Germany, with a strong initial focus on the railway and rolling stock industries.

Role Overview Based at our office in Breda, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts across the German market.

This position suits an ambitious junior-to-mid-level professional with approximately three years of relevant B2B sales, account management or technical commercial experience. Previous experience in sealing products is not essential; technical affinity, commercial drive and a willingness to learn are key.

Develop and manage customer accounts across the German market.

Identify current business opportunities and build relationships with railway and rolling stock customers.

Establish contact with key decision-makers and develop long-term commercial partnerships.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate technical and commercial responses.

Work closely with internal sales, engineering and technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions.

Track sales opportunities and maintain structured customer and pipeline records.

Manage longer project-based sales cycles and maintain regular customer communication.

Travel frequently to customers across Germany and Europe, with occasional international travel.

Explore opportunities in semiconductor and industrial OEM markets as the business expands.

Approximately three years of relevant experience in B2B sales, account management,



technical sales or a similar commercial role preferred.

MBO+ level education, preferably in a technical field, or equivalent technical affinity and relevant experience.

Fluent Dutch, German and English, both spoken and written.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Structured approach to sales follow-up, account planning and opportunity management.

Comfortable handling rejection, managing long sales cycles and conducting customer discussions independently.

Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and Europe.

Valid driving licence.

Experience in railway, rolling stock, industrial OEM, technical components, rubber products or sealing solutions would be an advantage.

Full-time position based at our Breda office, working 40 hours per week.

Full-time office presence during the onboarding period.

Following onboarding, a minimum of three days per week in the office; hybrid working arrangements can be discussed.

Frequent customer visits across Germany and Europe, with occasional international travel.

A company car may be available if required for the role.
