As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The work environment embraces agile methodologies, encouraging iterative development and frequent feedback to enhance software performance and scalability. Throughout the day, the engineer balances coding, testing, and refining software modules while adapting to changing priorities and contributing to the overall success of the project delivery.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within software development processes.

Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.

Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to TIBCO BusinessWorks.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
