Develop FPGA based design from systems requirement for the new designs in compliance with DO-254 for DAL A/B projects.

Leading or mentoring small teams of designers, providing technical guidance and fostering career development.

Re-engineering and obsolescence management for FPGAs.

Perform Synthesis, Place and Route and Timing Analysis

Troubleshooting and resolving design and verification issues, ensuring robust and high-quality deliverables.

Advanced application of DO-254 verification methodologies for FAA/EASA-certifiable DAL A/B airborne electronic hardware.





End-to-end certification lifecycle management, including planning, requirements traceability, verification closure, and audit support.

Technical leadership, project planning, mentoring, and review processes for safety-critical aerospace programs.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication or VLSI)

Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience

In-Depth Experience in Planning, Execution and Reviews

Hands on experience in designing with MPSOC and/or RFSOC FPGAs.

Proficiency in scripting, simulation tools(QuestaSim, VCS, Aldec), and coordination of complex verification projects

DO-254 audits and certification experience is a plus.

Experience with tool qualification, and process documentation.

Experience in PCIe, ARINC-429, Mil -1553, ARINC-818, SPI, AXI, ADC interfaces.
