Work Location: Carnival Infopark, Kakkanad

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description Avodha EduTech is looking for an experienced and responsible Zonal Manager to oversee academic operations, monitor faculty performance, and ensure the smooth functioning of our educational centers across Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

Visit Avodha EduTech centers and monitor overall operations.

Conduct alternate-day visits to AOC centers.

Monitor faculty classes, teaching quality, and student engagement.

Ensure classes are conducted according to the scheduled timetable.

Monitor faculty attendance and performance.

Coordinate with center teams and ensure smooth academic operations.

Assign tasks to faculty and center teams and follow up on completion.





Prepare and submit detailed center visit reports to management.

Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience.

B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.

Ph.D. holders will be preferred.

Solid leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Experience in academic administration or educational management is an advantage.

Willingness to travel to different centers.
