Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate fresher Staff Nurses to provide quality nursing care, assist doctors, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic nursing care to patients.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs.
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, and infection control.
Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
Report changes in patient conditions to senior nurses or doctors.




Follow hospital safety standards and nursing protocols.
Required Skills
Basic nursing and patient care skills.
Knowledge of vital signs monitoring.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team.
Requirements
GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
Fresher candidates are welcome.
Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
