You will ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and procedures. You will be accountable for improving operational performance on safety, yield, cost, quality and mfg efficiency.
Personnel and resource management
Set priorities to provide balanced support among Production, Engineering, and E.Hold group and individuals accountable for decisions and performance
Coordinate and implement Production Manufacturing strategies
Develop and maintain quality standards and maintain ISO/TS registration
Work with area planners to ensure accuracy of planning data
Promote a culture of“Using AI” and “Applying AI” in daily operations and decision-making.

Bachelors Degree as minimal

Experience Required
~20 years' experience in any of the following:
