In this role, you will plan, develop, design, coordinate, and review architectural work on large projects with unique requirements. You will prepare discipline estimates and work plans, review and approve design documents, interpret regulations, and assist with performance reporting. Your recommendations for resolving complex issues will help ensure client satisfaction with a project's architectural aspects.





Analyzes problems with conflicting design requirements, sketches ideas and possiblesolutions

Coordinates architectural efforts in assigned areas with specialty groups, engineeringdisciplines, the client, vendor, contractors, construction and other functional groups

Education And Experience Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience

Previous experience of Data centre design including administration building, process/ non process buildings and other supporting facilities like maintenance building, guard house, substation, electrical buildings, pump house, etc.

Thorough knowledge of master planning – parking, accessible route for differently abled people, fire lanes, turning radius for movement of fire tenders, marking of vehicular movement and pedestrian movement within site, EV charging stations (project specific requirement), site paving material, site contours, etc.
