About the job
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products or services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers through calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with existing leads.
2. Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
4. Generate leads, build customer relationships, and convert prospects into sales.
5. Follow up with interested customers to close sales opportunities.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities in the CRM or company database.
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
8. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
9. Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
10. Provide regular updates on sales performance and lead status to the reporting manager.

Performance parameters (KPIs):

1. Number of calls made per day.
2. Qualified leads generated.
3. Follow-up completion rate.
4. Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
5.



Monthly sales target achievement.
6. Customer engagement and data accuracy.

6. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
7. Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

9. Professional, polite, and confident on calls.
