About the Company

Bray Consultants Pvt. ltd. is part of the Bray group, a Jalandhar-based provider of digital marketing, information technology services, website and software development, and event solutions for businesses across India. The company is expanding its field sales team and is seeking a confident Senior Field Sales Executive to build local relationships and grow client accounts in the IT and event services space.

Responsibilities

- Visit businesses, shops, and prospective clients in and around Jalandhar to identify opportunities and generate leads.
- Present digital marketing, IT, and event services, follow up with prospects, and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Capture basic photos and videos of client businesses for marketing content, and maintain daily records of visits, leads, and sales.




- Work toward monthly sales targets and participate in regular performance reviews. After three months, compensation may be reviewed if targets are achieved; incentives are based on performance.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of field sales experience, with a proven sales record in the IT or events industry.
- Strong communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- A valuable-quality smartphone and basic photo/video shooting skills.
- Own a two-wheeler, hold a valid driving licence, and be willing to travel locally for client visits.
- Be confident, self-motivated, comfortable with field work, and committed to achieving monthly targets.
