The design team is small and deliberately so. You'll own experiences end to end, from understanding the problem deeply to designs that engineering can build without guessing. Everything inside the experience is yours: the exploration, the flows, the edge cases, the polish, the follow-through after handoff.

Understand before you design. Design complete flows, not screens. Connect the screens into one coherent experience. Loading, empty, error, first-run, offline. Ship polished UI. Work fluently within the design system, extend it when you need to, and know the difference between the two.

Work day to day with PM and engineering, hold the quality bar through build, and stay with the feature until it's live.

Show up in critique, give useful feedback, help a peer when they're stuck.
