You'll be joining as one of the first dedicated members of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, working closely with colleagues and founders to shape and expand our network. Own High-Volume Talent Vetting

Review and evaluate high volumes of finance and accounting candidates against clearly defined quality and experience criteria.
Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess technical experience, communication, career trajectory, and overall fit.
Make quick, high-quality decisions on whether candidates should progress through the MAVI vetting funnel.
Identify patterns in candidate quality and continuously improve screening and evaluation criteria.
Experiment with LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, outbound campaigns, partnerships, and other creative sourcing channels.
Build proprietary talent networks in priority markets and skill areas.
4-10 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate evaluation experience.





- Proven ability to source and vet candidates at high volume while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Skilled in vetting and interviewing talent, serving as an early filter to assess candidates against defined criteria.
- Experience experimenting with and refining different sourcing channels and strategies.
- Prior experience recruiting finance & accounting talent is a plus, though not essential.
