We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic professional for Regional EE Procurement. This role will be responsible for driving category procurement strategy, managing supplier and partner factory relationships, and ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing of high-quality products. The incumbent will play a critical role in optimizing supplier performance, driving year-on-year productivity, and contributing to overall business growth.

Strategic Procurement Management

Develop and execute a robust procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.

Ensure consistent performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.

Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and long-term contracting strategies.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Establish and enforce procurement policies, processes, and governance frameworks.

Leverage analytics to track procurement KPIs, forecast demand, and optimize inventory.

Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Systems teams.

Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at reducing lead times and improving supply chain efficiency.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.

Set clear performance objectives and ensure effective execution through regular reviews.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred); Master's degree or certifications (CPSM, CPM) are an advantage.

- 8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within a manufacturing or electronics environment.
- Proven track record in leading procurement/category management roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with ERP systems,



procurement tools, and supply chain best practices.
