The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing Oracle ERP consultants across Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM, PPM, OIC, Technical, and Cloud domains for GCC, India, and global implementations.

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Oracle ERP/Fusion lateral hiring.

Source and identify Oracle ERP professionals through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking.

Screen candidates for Oracle Fusion/EBS functional and technical roles.

Understand project requirements and align candidate profiles with customer expectations.

Coordinate interviews, feedback collection,



offer discussions, and joining processes.

Build and maintain Oracle ERP talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.

Ensure recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and candidate experience are achieved.

Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment reports.

5+ years of IT recruitment experience.

- Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion hiring.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and EBS modules:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- SCM (Procurement, Inventory, OM, Manufacturing)
- HCM & Payroll
- Projects (PPM)
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

Experience hiring for Oracle implementation partners or consulting organizations.

Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation lifecycle.

Experience recruiting Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Program Managers.
