About the job
As HR Manager at LightForms, you'll oversee the day-to-day people operations that support employees and managers throughout the organization. You'll bring structure, care, and sound judgment to core HR processes while helping keep them consistent and effective.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, leave administration, and offboarding, ensuring records and communications are timely and accurate.
2. Maintain HR policies, employee files, and systems; protect confidential information and keep documentation organized and current.
3. Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with internal teams and external providers, resolving discrepancies and responding to employee questions.
4. Advise managers on performance conversations, employee relations matters, and policy application, escalating sensitive issues when appropriate.
5. Support recruiting operations by coordinating hiring workflows, preparing offer documentation, and ensuring a smooth handoff from candidate to new hire.
6. Track HR processes and workforce data, prepare routine reports, and identify practical improvements to accuracy, service, and compliance.
7.



Coordinate required training and support consistent communication of policies, procedures, and HR updates across LightForms. Skill(s) required
