Lead Integration Developer

Join a High-Performing Integration Centre of Excellence

We are seeking a talented Integration Developer to join our Integration Team, delivering modern integration, API, and application solutions across a diverse technology landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer who enjoys solving complex business and technical challenges, working with modern integration platforms, cloud technologies, and cross-functional delivery teams.

You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting secure, scalable solutions that help organisations connect systems, automate processes, and accelerate digital transformation.

What You'll Be Doing

- Design, build, test, and support APIs, integrations, and application solutions.
- Develop services and integrations using technologies such as MuleSoft, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, and modern web frameworks .
- Integrate enterprise and SaaS platforms, including CRM (SalesForce)



and business applications.
- Contribute to technical design, estimation, solution planning, and implementation activities.
- Build and maintain automated testing capabilities to ensure quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and promote high standards of security, performance, and maintainability.
- Support releases, deployments, monitoring, and production support activities.
- Work alongside architects, DevOps engineers, analysts, testers, and product teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve development practices, automation, and delivery processes.
- Leverage emerging AI tools and technologies to improve development productivity and solution quality.

How you'll make an impact

What We're Looking For

Essential

- 7+ years' experience in software development, integration, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience developing REST APIs and service-based architectures.
- Strong development skills in one or more of:
- MuleSoft
- Java / Spring Boot
- Node.js
- React or comparable front-end frameworks

- Experience with automated testing approaches and software quality practices.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments,



and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of secure development principles and up-to-date software engineering practices.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable

- Experience integrating SaaS platforms such as Salesforce and other enterprise business systems.
- Experience working within cloud-based integration environments.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and emerging AI capabilities.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field.
