About the Company

Earth is seeking a Planning Manager to support construction projects through disciplined planning, coordination, and progress oversight. The role is based in Bangalore and offers an opportunity to contribute to project delivery in the construction industry while working closely with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and short-term work plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site execution, and subcontractor teams to align activities and resources.
- Track actual progress against the baseline, identify slippages and critical-path risks, and recommend practical recovery plans.
- Prepare clear progress reports, schedule updates,



and planning documentation for project reviews.
- Support look-ahead planning, analyse changes affecting timelines, and communicate schedule impacts to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

- Three to six years of relevant experience in planning for construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project schedules, progress measurement, and coordination across project teams.
- Ability to analyse schedule variances, communicate risks clearly, and manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Qualified experience in the construction industry is required.
