About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Make cold calls and warm calls to potential clients and property owners.
2. Understand client requirements for buy, sell, rent and lease.
3. Present suitable properties from Broperty's inventory.
4. Schedule and coordinate property visits and client meetings.
5. Explain property details, pricing and commercial terms clearly.
6. Follow up consistently with interested and older leads.
7. Maintain accurate client and property updates in the company CRM/trackers.
8. Coordinate with founders/team members for negotiations and deal closures.
9. Build and maintain robust relationships with owners, buyers, tenants, investors and brokers.
10. Generate new opportunities through calling, references and market networking. Skill(s) required

6. Basic understanding of Jaipur locations and real estate is preferred.
7. Hindi and English communication required.
8. Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
